At Freedom of Movement, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, we offer a flexible 30-day return policy to ensure you shop with total confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
